We are not using photos or Albums. Only discussions and files. Uploading it as a file seems fine (although it does not resize, so not as useful as in the discussion). I have also seen I can upload and insert using the "Multiple File" upload when posting... this works and I can then resize. So My immediate problem is solved. I still have the bug that when people use the "insert/Edit Image" icon in the WYSIWYG discussion post area, they will get this error.
looking closer, the image type may be a factor. Trying to insert a PDF file from the multiple uploads button also shows a broken image icon in the discussion itself. When I try to do the same thing on Una.io, it will not let me try to upload a PDF file into the discussion itself, so I think therein lies the problem. I need to find a setting that restricts the filetype that people can upload. It's all a jolly big learning curve for us "non-dev" types :)
Hello mydpr !
Do you watch it only in Discussions? What about the pictures in other places like Photos or Albums?

Hello mydpr !
This missing image may mean that during upload some troubles appeared. For example not enough space. Need to check the error log to be sure.
