There is always a message of successful uploading but the processed image does not show up anywhere.
My PHP version is 5.633 with GD as shown in image3 attachment. Recompilation of PHP is not possible because of shared hosting. No imagemagick is installed with PHP.
I created a photo album. All photos were uploaded. I checked the server files and mysql records. The files are uploaded and images in the tables but the thumbnails and gallery shows no photos.
I may suggest (as you confirmed files are uploaded) that image_transcoder.php file can't process images. It has 3 points to exit, so need to check which prevents to correct file presentation. BTW - is it possible to look on URL of your UNA site?
The image processor is now fixed. I'm not sure if the toggling of GD in the setting off and on is the one that fixed it. Thank you LeonidS for your time.
When looking at the server audit, everything is identical except ffmpeg section is a bit different. Any of that should not affect the images I don't think.

My images do not show up on a new installation. On my other installation of UNA (same server), the images display fine.

Leonid S The logo is now appearing but the Site Icon and Cover images are not yet. I have tried reuploading them again but no luck.

Yes, it doesn't depend from Ffmpeg. Provide me via Messenger CPanel and admin accesses of your new site where you have these problems.
