I am just wondering how difficult it is to integrate this consent manager.. Its free and opensource.

It would be great if UNA has a consent manager enabled by default.

Hope someone in this community can guide on what to be changed to include this on an existing site....

When I add an embedded youtube video or a map, practically it is running third party scripts and will have their own tracking. Similar with maps too.
Right now the only option for a user who don't want third party app, is to exit the whole site (or is there another way ?).
With Klaro, user can continue using the site.
The screenshot below ( from klaro dot org /docs/tutorials/contextual_consent ) - shows how the youtube video is included and what a user will see...
Clicking yes will show the video. Same can be done for other features that include third party or even first party scripts (camera, maps, twitter etc...)
