Is necesar or i can go with instal?
If is necessary I don't know what to install deflate_module
I have tmd hosting, maybe some can sey were i must go to install in tmd hosting..

deflate_module is necessary for the Server-side content compression but UNA may work fine without it.
But the memory_limit parameter from the screen is too low (only 128Mb). It's better to have 256 or higher. Who knows the close future's load:
