G'day All
I have a mid-level hosting package with Zarconia and about 7 days ago my cPanel and emails stopped working. When I try to login to cPanel it just gives a message that the server doesn't have a valid cPanel license and my hosting provider needs to resolve. I raised a support ticket over 5 days ago and have follwed up 4 times and I have yet to get any response at all from Zarconia. Given Boonex took over Zarconia I'm hoping someone here might know WTF is going on.
This same issue happened a month ago and Zarconia support fixed it after 4-5 days. I'm at the point of frustration of moving to a different provider but I can't even get into cPanel to backup my websites.
Cheers
Chris

I can provide a server; vps or dedi, and move your sites without access to the cPanel if you have your root shell access to the server.

Thanks Geek Girl. I'll look into the ssh. What kind of monthly rates do you charge? I run a number of websites from the account.

Do you have a link to your hosting service?
chrisb the issue has been resolved, please try to login to cPanel again
sorry for the inconvenience
Geek Girl Which is the name of your hosting company? What infrastructure do you have in place? Which data centers are your servers located in? Details are much better than a statement stating what you can do. Look forward to hearing the information.

Thanks Alex!
