Please ignore the big red X on the photo it's the image module, not linking and I'm trying to figure that out on a different thread. I couldn't link the image of the home button so I put it in as a menu item.

However, the font is not set correctly, it's not straight in line with the text/font of the other menu items, and the image of the house keeps getting sized too small, no matter how much I enlarge it.

How can I make it look the same as the other menu items?
