How do I change or remove categories for adding posts?

If you mean how to manage items in the Categories field then go to the Studio-> Forms->Data list area, choose your module and edit the found list. If you mean other points plz let us know.
This is what I'm getting. I really only want the categories I create since the site use will be limited.
