I have some post categories that i want to use individually in menus and blocks. How i add item menu for a specific category or add blocks of a specific category?

You need to keep the proper URL for the certain category - for the posts it will look like:
searchKeyword.php?cat=bx_posts_cats&keyword=1§ion[]=bx_posts
and add it via the Navigation app as the usual link.
