I;'ve written to your support email twice, regarding some old legacy dolphin licenses to migrate, but no response. Perhaps the email addresses I used were wrong. How can I get some assistance?

UPDATE: the letter has bene placed to the SPAM folder, now it is in process.

Hi. I have the exact same problem. I've also sent two messages about this and no response.
According to the response I received, my mail messages were in a spam folder... but once I got through to someone here, it was all processed...
