It can be setup via Styles->Custom Styles area of your template. You need to change percents for the CSS classes like
.bx-layout-3-columns-column3,
.bx-layout-3-columns-column1
and
.bx-layout-3-columns-column2
The width of site can be changed in Styles->Body area too.
