Greetings UNA community!
I am impressed as all hell at the actual platform. I am in fact willing to throw money at UNA if that were an option for support!
I moved to TMD because I had no control panel or direct support - did an Export yesterday. TMD has been helpful but is stuck with the following. Anyone can help me here?
"UNA also requires a valid license for your domain name, so it can connect to the UNA Marketplace, therefore, we kindly ask you to make sure you have a license for your domain name "oneworldofdarkness.com" and update us with the UNA Key and Secret, so we can finalize the setup."

Hey Shane, you need to cancel your Cloud 4 Plan and take an UNA Pro Plan - which will give you a valid license, I've PM'd you the same, I can adust the billing so you don't pay double.
Have you read through the UNA Start Guide - this covers most of the basics such as launching a site, connecting licenses etc - https://una.io/page/Start-Guide-General
I'm also wondering if you received our on-boarding emails which covered this sort of stuff as well as how to access support?
Thank you for the link again. Yes, I went back in the 3 emails I got when registering initially and it was in there. I'll be frank - I skipped over 1/2 of it once I got to the point where doing it via UNA CLOUD would take care of most of the install stuff for me.
So - I have found the Key and Secret and provided to TMD. Thank you.
I recognize that I am technical enough to be dangerous (to myself) and not engineer-enough-anymore to be very useful. I have however built 3 startups and sold them for significant gain. My recommendation to you guys is
a) Find a way to become more responsive to the community - that seems to be a constant complaint. I recognize that you are responding to me now of course.
b) A ticketing system - even if it's beyond a paywall! I am sure most of the community recognizes you guys need to pay the bills. Honestly, I would have remained a UNA 'CLOUD 4+' client happily paying out $100-200/month until we grew and needed more. The lack of a visible ticket - however silly that might be - the tangible awareness that someone must be accountable behind this ticket - is important for comfort. I lost all comfort in hoping that a site I WANT to become mission critical to a new business I just bought - would in fact be so! 18 hours of down time, even if ultimately it was my own stupidity (See dangerous to self comment above) - I would have happily have thrown money at you guys again to resolve that in - an hour. Unfortunately, the Boonex $1k/month subscription seemed like too big of a leap for a system I was still unsure of.
c)
slavesinterns or community volunteers that help you manage first level traffic requests - Even if only to say "Hey! We got the ticket we are looking into it" and then they look at each other internally and go "what the hell do we do now? Dunno, lets wait for Alex to wake up" - that is fine!Happy to share more thoughts from the entrepreneurial side if you ever desire. If and when you guys get a ticket system or a way for me to pay a little extra for guaranteed 2 hour response time - I will HAPPILY move from TMD right back to you guys (you have to help export me though!). Hell, I've thrown $300 at UNA this week alone in 1 server I had up for 4 days and canceled (knowing I wasn't going to get prorated) + buying upgrades Power Apps that I had for free with that subscription.
With much love and respect for what you have built.
