Hi, this is the first time I've used Una, I'm on version 13.1.0.
I would like to add a text field to the signup form so visitors can say why they want to join. I have edited the text field that was inactive in the Studio forms >> Accounts >> Create Account area, and made it active but it just doesn't appear on my signup form. From the Screenshots below, can you tell me what I am missing? The field is called ReasonText. Do I need to edit the page somewhere to get it to appear? Thank you.

Perhaps this is the cache issue like dear @Rocco suggested. You may try to clear it and / or move this field after the Email field. If it will not help then PM me with your UNA studio access.

I checked on a completely different machine just to be sure, and sadly it is still not appearing. I will PM you @LeonidS , thank you for your generous offer. I am probably just missing something tiny...

Turns out I was editing the wrong form! I was looking under accounts manager - create account but the front end form was under system - create account 🤗
