When I upload photos to the profile, they do not save... I can go through the usual steps to upload the profile photo, but once I hit save... it will show the profile photo once "saved" but when I refresh the page it disappears...and does not show in my files..
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ISSUE RESOLVED -
I learned that it was actually my internet provider...the page was cahched in an error state and I had to request my internet provider to clear thier cache and the issue was resoved
this only effected my Chrome Browser... Firefox and Edge worked with no issues.
