Is it possible to have a notice put on Zarconia to let people know if they are having problems with their Hosting services that they send tickets to Support@una.io. I have been having issues with my account and my sites have been down for over a week. I have submitted tickets through the trouble ticket system but there has been no response. If you can let customers of Zarconia.net know that the trouble ticket system is not being monitored and to send an e-mail to Dolphin/Una. Can some one also contact me to help me resolve my issue with my sites being down.

I am still having trouble reaching any support for my Dolphin site. I have tried everything I can think of and still no response at all from any support for Hosting.
