teknist Check this key:
"_sys_form_account_input_agreement_value"
and translate into your language. The correct way to search is go to Studio --> Polyglot --> Keys --> and type in the word/phrase in the search box next to the dropdown box All Modules.
Make sure you clear site cache after making the changes.

  I found this key. But i could find by searching many keys.
  And is there any document about the meaning of keys.

  Well, by default there is no similar key in UNA (about singing). But as you may see in the attached file, the key, which was mentioned by Jeremy, can be found by text.
