Hello Yra !
Please specify the OS and browsers in the mobile devices of the users who met the mentioned troubles. From my side, in old Android 5, but latest Chrome, it works fine (btw in the mobile client too).

  Hi LeonidS !
  It's not about the browser. When a user clicks on a date field, he sees that it becomes active and tries to enter values, but the user does not know in what format to enter them. If he selects using Datepicker, then he might not have a clue how to use it.
