I've added blocks in the past but have since deleted them. Before upgrading site a while ago
I had a very similar problem a while back and several here had told me to disable the blocks that I had added and see which block caused the conflict. You can try it or maybe turn on the option like I mentioned above and see what error message appears on the page.
