1. Admin can just join the site and send the details to the new employee, but it's good idea and we'll try to implement it in the future - https://github.com/unaio/una/issues/2559 if you want it sooner then we can implement it for you as custom modification.

2. We simplified group joining process in UNA 11, when group admin send invitation, user just need to click link in the email to join the group, no additional steps are required now.
