Could you please describe this situation about "faled PHP" with more details: how it was working before, what happened and what problems do you have now?

  Sure when I access Studio>Dashboard and on the right side where I’m able to audit the server. It restricts me from auditing the server and says PHP failed

  @LeonidS I have no way to do a server audit within the Dashboard or update it. Within the same place it is showing PHP Fail
