Long overdue update from us — we've been heads down building and wanted to share what GFunnel has become using UNA as the backbone.
What we set out to do
We didn't want to just build a website. We wanted to build a complete Business Operating System — a platform where businesses could run every department, connect their tools, hire a team, learn, partner, and grow — all in one place. UNA gave us the foundation to do exactly that.
What we've built on top of UNA
🔧 Application Hub — A multi-tenant app ecosystem where members can access 50+ integrated tools (Google Workspace, Claude AI, ChatGPT, GoHighLevel, Canva, CapCut, and more) alongside custom-built applications. We built a permission architecture that separates personal apps from company-assigned apps — so your professional toolkit travels with you regardless of employer.
🤝 Service Hub — A full service delivery layer where businesses can request done-for-you work, delegate to our team, and track everything through custom SOPs and project management built right into the platform.
📈 Partner Hub — Multi-tier commission tracking, referral management, and white-label infrastructure for partners running GFunnel under their own brand.
🎓 Learning Hub — Our Business & Entrepreneur University, built natively into the platform. Courses, tutorials, live build replays — all connected to the tools members are actually using.
⚙️ Custom automation layer — We connected UNA to n8n (running at our own domain), Supabase for backend services, and Lovable for React frontend builds. Everything talks to each other through token-based authentication and webhook proxying.
The numbers
We've grown to 4,200+ members on the platform, with a Master Resell Rights launch that brought 12,000 members in under six weeks. (Without UNA was chaotic) With UNA... Game Changer
What UNA made possible
Honestly, the community and social layer, the membership architecture, the extensibility of the modules — this would have taken a completely custom build without UNA. We were able to move fast because the foundation was already there. We just built on top of it.
What we're building next
Immersion — a flagship offering where we physically sit with a business for a full day (using AI wearables to capture everything in real time), then build their entire operational infrastructure live in the session. Custom dashboards, internal software, automations, funnels — all deployed before they leave the room. UNA is a core part of the community,, logging, and membership layer that wraps around everything we build for these clients.

Is there a way to customize the information for each organization?
I would like them to have their own information, own navigation, unique profile?
Currently, I do this but the menus don't hide to everyone else.
What is the best way to create custom buttons for pages.
Examples.
- I would like to have a custom checkout button that directs people to a specific URL for checking out.
- I would like to add special profile specific buttons on my organization and person profiles.
Hope this is enough information. If it is not, I can expand on the information.
Hello, are there any good help docs with the APIs? I cannot seem to find out how to get my Bearer Token to be able to build APIs
@support there seems to be an issue with my site. Currently, I am having issues with notifications that keep loading, and I cannot create new pages.
Is there a way to audit this?
Hello, is there a reason why a site would have an error loading the Application side bar. This happens every so often.
@support @LeonidS hey there, is there a reason why unauthorized users would be seeing a "Database Query Error"?
I was trying to create a home page for these people, but it seems that when they view the page without an account that the page CSS and style doesn't load, and it throws it gives this error. However, anyone who does have an account does not see this error.
Is there a fix to this?
