You can log in to it without creating account for admin and do things as an admin on site. That way you dont draw attentions profiles created just to do admin work across site, on member side.

How can you login with Robot account since Robot account does not have e-mail nor password?

You do it from admin side by clicking on robot hyperlink in accounts
