    Unfortunately, there is no way to do it without manual changes in database which aren't easy.

    Yes, if the app is disabled then blocking doen't work.

    • Ok so I turned it off (unchecking not allow to see profile) but my staff still can not see the user’s profile. I agree the user should be able to block other users but they don’t own the site I do and I have to be able to enforce my terms and conditions which I can’t do if my staff and even myself could be blocked. I can’t even confirm if in fact black list is what’s causing the issue which is in itself problematic. 

      • If there is a way for you to control other peoples profiles Id assume you can control their profile and unblock you.
