Hello. Yes, Payments in UNA use Multi Vendors shopping cart where each vendor receives funds directly from clients. In this case buyer should pay separately to each seller. Multi Vendors - Multi Shopping Carts.
In UNA 12 we added 'Single Seller' mode which allows to have Multi Vendors but selling is processed through single shopping cart attached to so called 'Main seller'. In this case all funds will be received by site owner and he will resend them to Vendors. Multi Vendors - Single Shopping Cart.

  By default there is no such functiuonality. Looks like you need to develope a custom module which will create this page with necessary functionality.
