Make 'featured' is allowsed to Master Operator only and it makes an app sticky in top bar for all Studio users. In the same time 'bookmark' is available for all opeartors and it has a personal effect. So, each operator may make sticky apps necessary for him.

Favourites is a category like Appearance, Structure, etc.
