Comment 'Hello george1 !It lo...' to 'Dashboard Manage Comments'

Hello george1 !
It looks like Comments part tries to request the non-existing app. Please specify when did you get this situation in Dashboard: during the first load or choosing some module there?

  I'm getting this error since I upgraded to 12. It always shows up after pressing the Manage Comments button and there are no comments in the table.
