UnitekSystemsLtd your configuration looks good, however it maybe there is still problem with accessing your your site from your server itself, if you can provide root SSH access and some sample login/pwd to your site to check what is wrong

I have added on the /etc/hosts:
127.0.0.1 gouvinfo.net
127.0.0.1 www.gouvinfo.net
Una is on www.gouvinfo.net/IAI - Is the /IAI an issue ?
- Do you have other ideas for me to check ?
- Any Ideas on how to see where this image_transcoder goes ? (what variable is it using that gives back a wrong path ?)
- Any way to bypass the image_transcoder ?

PS : This 404 on image_transcoder occurs after a change of server with a new linux distribution. So I am pretty sure it is some server parameters being use by this image_transcoder
