If you wanna deactivate this...go to your studio-> timeline -> General....under "show events", unmark "comment (add)" and save

  Hi Stephen-Mystic Inam. Great tip. Thanks. BTW, what is this feature for (new block to the top of timeline with that same comment)? I can't figure out in which scenario it can be useful.
