It's very weird. Maybe there is something wrong with your UNA installation. Mine is working fine and this language key can be found easly as you can see in the Polyglot screenshot attached to this reply.
I can find the key you are talking about but it does not apply changes like I expected it to. I agree, it seems there is a bug in my installation.
