The "Stories" block should have all items of the same height in it - thus no problem swiping it. The problem is that we are talking about different blocks with different content.
In our case lets say the Mood block may be 100px heigh, the QR code 200px, and profile songs may be 600px height depending on the content inside a block. Swiping blocks of a different height will inevitably make the blocks positioned below jumping up and down.
The idea with just a "Quick Links" can be implemented though. I.e. the new block may contain just an icons/quick links to the blocks opening in a popup.

Yes, as I already mentioned there is no problem in showing swipable content posts when the entires are all of the same height.
Our concern was that you want the blocks themselves to be swipable and the blocks always do have a variable height.
In case you're ok to have just a swipable block of quick links with blocks showing in a popup - this could work. -
Yes I'm ok with swipable blocks of quick links with blocks showing in a pop-up. Please add option to have admin add picture placeholder in block also
