Yes, as I already mentioned there is no problem in showing swipable content posts when the entires are all of the same height.
Our concern was that you want the blocks themselves to be swipable and the blocks always do have a variable height.
In case you're ok to have just a swipable block of quick links with blocks showing in a popup - this could work.
