I don't even see the possibility to upgrade to UNA 13. Our version is 12.1.0.
???
As I can see on https://github.com/unaio/una the latest version is 12.1.0

  In the Studio->Developer module you need to switch the "Update channel" param from "stable" to "beta". Then visit the Dashboard again.
  NB - don't upgrade your live site for now, wait for a stable release.

  I changed my post above, when I saw that the latest stable release is still 12.1.0.
