It was problem with the license, it was registered to incorrect domain, I've fixed it and paid modules update went fine.
I had to delete my test site and am starting over. I hated to do that but I could not get into Studio due to the 500 error.
I'm sorry to hear this Tim, It's looking like we lost some members on our site.
