I am still struggling with html5 chat not displaying correctly on our site, as described in my comment below

I tried all the designs on our site (Protean Dark/Light Mix, Decorous, Lucid and Ocean) but it is the same. Chat site doesn't show over the whole page....

Any help/suggestion?
