  Do you have the MSolutions ‘Instant Notifications! App installed. If so, that is likely where your problem is at. I had to disable it on my community. There is a problem with the app. Good luck getting help from MSolutions.

  Yes, I have the one from MSolutions. I'm thinking about disabling it since it's acting funny.
