Hi @LeonidS
Thanks for your reply but in the Developer->Navigation->Timeline->Form Attachments area, there is no "Add File (HTML5)" at all. Are we miissing something? (UNA 12.1.0 here)

  It was introduced in the 13td version. So it's better to upgrade to the stable release and it will appear automatically.
