May be you've lost Server Url to Jot Server as on attached screen. Check please this option, there is should URL to Jot server.
I did - its not there. Do I have to contact TMD Hosting to find it Alexey? Thanks for the assistance

Yes, you should ask them. They should provide you with url with port which you should put to this option and save.
