Hi Jake. Are you talking about the backup I created for you? If yes, you should not import the whole file. When you unpack the backup, there is the html folder in it, and the database backup file is called db_backup.sql. Exactly this file should be imported in phpmyadmin. The html folder contains UNA files and folders. They need to be uploaded to your site root folder on the host.

  No, the backup I downloaded that you created was an older backup of UNA 12. This is a backup from our other server on a dedicated cloud instance running UNA 13 A2. I attempted to download a zip of the HTML folder and it gave me that error message. I haven't seen it before and was very confused. The fix is probably that I should be using command line to backup with the commands you suggested. I'll try that instead.
