    I agree with this besides the bit about switching to Google, if privacy is your number one priority as it is mine. Google tracks everything you do even when you leave their site and follows you around to sell you things.

    Ever been talking about something and then you open social media or a web browser and read an article only to see an ad for what you were talking about? Google isn’t the only one who does this but they are one of the biggest companies.

    If it’s free your data is likely the product (unless it’s open-source)

    If privacy is a concern for you / your users stay clear of Google and big tech services and use Proton mail or Hushmail. Both are free, encrypted and will not track you around the internet. They also have great spam blockers and phishing protection.
