You may copy the file template/cover.html to your template folder and customize it. For example, if you use Protean then put the copy to the modules/boonex/protean/data/template/system directory.

  Thanks @LeonidS, I totally forgot about the template files within the theme of choice, found the file I need to edit in the mod_group folder within the theme folder.
