No email sent when downloading failed, it sent it only when email succeeds in previous UNA version.

This (note in second link: https://linuxpip.org/youtube-dl-error-python-no-such-file-or-directory/ ) fixed the issue with this command:
sudo ln -s /usr/bin/python3 /usr/bin/python
