Hi Alex, Thanks for your reply. I have switched back to php 7.4 and run the phing command. It works. Thank you so much.

After running it I will go back to php 8.1. Hopefully I will be remembering to switch back to php 7.4 whenever I need to run phing.

Why don't you update the build.xml content/code to be compatible with php 8.x? Thanks
