As usual - via the Apps Market->Updates area. If you don't see Messenger in the list there then it means your UNA license doesn't included this app.

  Leonid: For SafeSocialOnline.com, Our Apps Market -> Updates area is empty even though we do have several apps including messenger in our license. Who should we talk to about this?
