So, here is what I discovered. Jot sever was never installed on our site and our messenger was working via OneSignal all the time before.
Hence, my basic question is what is the difference between both? what is the advantages of Jot Server compared to just One Signal?
Appreciate your help on this?

  The JOT messenger doesn't work without JOT server (One Signal - this is the Push notifications). How to install and connect it you may find here https://github.com/unaio/jot-server
