Messenger error - stuck in "connecting"
Every now and then, when trying to use messenger it seems to stuck in a "connecting status"..., any reason on why does this happens and how to fix it?

Can you look at the error above and advise please? BTW, I got same problem on both sites we have and this was working well until a day or two earlier and we didn't make any major change in either site since then. tnx

So, here is what I discovered. Jot sever was never installed on our site and our messenger was working via OneSignal all the time before.
Hence, my basic question is what is the difference between both? what is the advantages of Jot Server compared to just One Signal?

The JOT messenger doesn't work without JOT server (One Signal - this is the Push notifications). How to install and connect it you may find here https://github.com/unaio/jot-server

Fixed by installing jot server. The link by "my.jotserver.com" that was working before is no longer woking.

That's right. jotserver.com is a service provided by @MSolutions .
