Thanks again. That options does not exist in current version of Messenger we are using. Please see a screenshot from messenger

  Looks like there is some problems with template, because there are no headers of the blocks on your image. Headers are under the top menu. That is why you don't see the options.
  Try please to enable Artificer template for example, to check if the top of the block will appear.
