Hello @Cris Iconomu !
I suggest you use the UNA 12 or less, then you need to upgrade the core and modules at least until the 13.0 version. Before and after the 13 version, it's possible to do via the stable channel, but the 12.1 - 13.0, should be passed via the beta (all Alpha, Beta, and RC steps).

  My Sysadmin did just that and we're now on 13.1.0 and Posts installed as well.
