Did you manage to get the images to load?
Im using Plesk too and keep getting this 404 error when uploading images
404 GET /image_transcoder.php?o=bx_timeline_videos_photo_preview&h=21&dpx=1&t=1709983054 HTTP/2.0
Not 100% sure what the fix is yet.
