It's enough to enable the Messenger block on the View Group page:
It is the same thing like Shoutbox but only for the members of group.

  can I generate a link to be shared outside of UNA as a widget? my goal is my community can share the talks on their group

  If you want to use Messenger as a widget on another site, it will only work for logged-in members of UNA site. Non-logged in members will only be able to read messages and not send any.
