Standard UNA's mechanism to generate URIs is automatically used in our Articles app. I just tested it and created an article with 'New article to test URIs' title. The newly created article got correct user friendly URI: https://una.aqbsoft.com/view-article/new-article-to-test-uris

Looks like something was customised in your UNA script (may be in Articles app) which causing the problem.
