Somewhat confusing, because part of uploading the video is only doing that. The progress bar indicates the beginning and the start.

  I don't know about you, but for me, the conversion starts only after the entire video is uploaded and then Cron starts the conversion.. I can see it on the server load

  I am not the only one with this problem. @VR Tour Guide is experiencing the same and I wonder if we should not configure something in the Settings or Developer modules.
